Намажете формичките (подходящи за крем карамел) с масло като за по-сигурно ние сложихме и хартиени формички вътре( за да може да се извади суфлето по-лесно). Слагат се във фризера за не по-малко от два часа. Голямо предимство е, че неизпечено суфле може да се държи във фризера за дълго време. Печенето става в предварително загрята фурна на 220 градуса за около 15-20 минути ( в зависимост от вашата фурна). Суфлето се сервира толко, като по оригинална рецепта трябва да е отвън изпечено, а отвътре течно.<br />

Тази рецепта се
оказа голямо предизвикателство за нас не толкова в трудността й, а защото трябва
да улучиш не само точното количество, което ще сипеш във формичката, но и колко
време ще го печеш, защото забавиш ли се дори и с 30 секунди- от суфле ще стане
на нормално кексче. Съветваме ви да проверявате с дървена клечка както в
средата на формата, така и в краищата на всеки 30-40 секунди след 15 минути от

favourite desserts. Once we calculated the calories in it, we found that it is
not very suitable for diet, but certainly one piece will sweeten your life. Of
course you can do it with any fruit or even jam, but we decided to use the
season of delicious cherries. The only condition which is necessary to make your
cheesecake is not cooking skills, but a blender.<o:p></o:p></span></i></div>

начало се взимат седемте яйца и се разделят жълтъците от белтъците като за
блатовете ще ни трябват само белтъците (жълтъците са за крема). Разбиват се с
миксер на „твърд сняг“, приблизително 3-4 минути.<br />

част на блата ви остава отдолу). Започвате да мажете с крем обилно и след това
поставяте и следващия блат и повтаряте горните стъпки.<br />

последния блат и започвате да мажете крема- опитвайте се леко да заглаждате и
оформяте по-прецизно. Аранжировката е по избор на готвача, ние сложихме смлени
орехи по ръбовете на тортата, за да скрие малките несъвършенства. Отгоре
поръсихме и с шоколадови пръчици, но може да се сложат цели орехи и каквито
други неща обичате. Поставя се в хладилника да престои поне <b>6 часа</b> преди да бъде
отрязана, но колкото по-стегната е, толкова по-вкусна става! :)<o:p></o:p></div>
